Job Title Data Scientist
What does a successful Data Scientist do at Fiserv? The successful Data Scientist at Fiserv drives our AI Ops initiatives by leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and data driven insights. They enhance operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and deploy AI solutions across the organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, they convert business needs into innovative, data-driven solutions that sustain Fiserv’s excellence.
What You Will Do - Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to optimize AI operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and create data-driven solutions.
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Design and conduct experiments to validate model performance and enhance operational processes.
- Monitor and maintain AI models in production for effective and efficient operation.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders with clear visualizations and presentations
What You Will Need To Have - 7+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on AI and machine learning applications.
- 7+ years of proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, including data manipulation libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
- 7+ years of experience using machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- 7+ years of experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.
