About Catch Hospitality Group:
Catch Hospitality Group is a dynamic, multi-unit restaurant brand with a bold vision and a
commitment to excellence across locations. We're constantly evolving and innovating, and we’re
looking to bring in the next key player to help shape the future of our culinary program.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Creative Chef Consultant — someone with a standout background, a highly
creative approach to cuisine, and a passion for flavor, innovation, and execution. This is an
exciting opportunity to start as a short-term consultant (30–45 days) with a clear path toward a
permanent, full-time R&D leadership rol e within the Catch Hospitality Group.

This role is ideal for a chef who has owned or helmed standout restaurants and thrives in the creative zone, but who could benefit from the operational infrastructure and support of an established group.

What We’re Looking For:
We're exploring a few directions to evolve our culinary leadership team. You might be:
  • A creative, visionary chef with a bold culinary voice
  • Someone with experience owning or operating high-profile restaurants
  • A natural collaborator eager to help refine and evolve menus across locations
  • A chef ready to translate big ideas into operationally sound dishes that resonate with diverse audiences
Initial Consulting Scope (30–45 Days):
  • Collaborate with our leadership to assess our current culinary direction
  • Lead new dish development and ideation for upcoming menus
  • Provide input on kitchen systems, food costing, and execution strategies
  • Participate in R&D tastings, kitchen walkthroughs, and team feedback sessions
Opportunity for Growth:
Pending mutual fit, the role can evolve into a full-time, corporate R&D chef position within
Catch Hospitality Group, working closely with our executive team to drive menu innovation,
systems, and culture across all locations.
Qualifications:
  •   Deep creative culinary background; fine dining or elevated casual experience preferred
  • Previous experience as an executive chef, chef-owner, or consulting chef
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations, scalability, and systems
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills
  • Flexibility to travel and work across multiple locations if needed
Compensation:
  • $5,000/month consulting rate to start
  • Opportunity to transition into full-time leadership role with competitive compensation and benefits
To Apply:
Please send your resume, a short note about your culinary perspective, and (if available) photos
or links to dishes or menus you’ve created to [email protected]
