Visit us at: You are: We are looking for an innovative, forward-thinking, and highly skilled Art Director to join our Accenture Song Creative team. We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated, and inspirational candidate with solid visual design capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of how brands can express themselves across a brand ecosystem anchored on driving customer experience. At Accenture , you will concept and design solutions as part of an interdisciplinary agency team to include strategy, developers/technologists, user experience designers, content strategists, writers, and studio production specialists.  The work : + Work under the direction of Creative Directors . O wn visual concepts and solutions that solve an array of creative challenges while maintaining or developing optimal design workflow + Oversee and be hands-on in the creation of visual designs and systems, typography, logos, icons and more and applies design principles such as color, typography, photographic selection , organizing elements and usability  + Concept ualize and design to deliver solutions that are brief, on brand and leverage brand style guides, strategic principles and templates   + Author new brand styles and guidelines + Concept, assign, and direct designers, production staff and vendors to fulfill creative vision + Prepare flawless deliverables for handoff to developers, producers and clients + Present and defend solutions to other creatives, UX, developers , account leaders and clients  + Thrive on interdisciplinary collaboration with UX, copywriters, designers, project managers, strategists and development team and leads brand style workshop sessions + Communicate with clients and internal teams in an effective and professional manner + Lead, mentor, task, direct and contribute to the growth of more junior designers and art directors Here's what you'll need: + At least 6 years of work experience in an agency environment + A portfolio that demonstrates at least 4 years compelling visual solutions, design and interactive experiences, a track record of diverse experiences, an understanding of current visual trends and a current aesthetic sensibility + At least 4 years of experience using Photoshop and Illustrator + At least 3 years of experience using Sketch, Adobe XD and/or Figma with strong written and verbal communication skills + At least 3 years of experience in cross-channel content creation (social, email, digital) Bonus points if: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; Bachelor's degree in design , digital media or related field   + Motion graphics or illustration skills a plus + Strong understanding of brand design systems p rinciples + Strong PowerPoint and cli ent deck creation + Highly skilled and proficient in e-commerce design + Excellent presentation skills and acts as client-facing representative for presentations + Participates in new business initiatives + Experience in packaging design + Experience with emerging digital platforms + Photo/video shoot direction experience Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
