As a Consumer Loan Sales Specialist, you will play an essential role in empowering customers by listening to their needs and offering fast, friendly, and affordable financing solutions for life's expenses. Key Responsibilities:
Achieve individual and branch sales goals while exceeding customer expectations.
Build new relationships and nurture existing ones by guiding customers through the loan process and its entire lifecycle.
Offer tailored financial solutions to meet customer goals, ensuring clarity and understanding throughout the process.
Present optional insurance products based on customer needs.
Educate customers on loan terms and conditions to ensure full comprehension.
Partner with local businesses to identify and develop new customer opportunities.
Learn and apply credit underwriting techniques and utilize sales tools effectively.
Oversee the full loan lifecycle, including managing collections and ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations.
What We're Looking For:
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred: Experience in sales, collections, or customer service
