Job Description:

We are looking for experienced accountants to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual compilation financial statements using QuickBooks and Accounting CS. You will work closely with individuals and small-to-medium-sized businesses, offering support across accounting, tax, and compliance services. To succeed in this position, you should bring excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be committed to accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual compilation financial statements
- Work with individuals, small businesses, and trusts on accounting, tax, and compliance matters
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all work products
- Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver top-notch service

Preferred Qualifications:

- A degree in accounting or a related field
- CPA certification is a plus
- A minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience in a professional setting
- Experience preparing business, individual, and trust tax returns
- Proficiency in accounting software such as UltraTax, Accounting CS, and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to multitask effectively
