Job Description

Are you a compassionate, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorder (ASD)? We're seeking a dedicated BCBA to join a supportive team, offering both remote and in-person options to provide exceptional care to clients across Indiana.

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: $70,000 to $85,000 based on experience

Key Responsibilities

100% Remote work, with the option to meet clients in-person if desired
Full-time commitment (minimum 25 billable hours per week)
Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans for children ages 2-14
Provide ongoing supervision and support for RBTs to ensure effective implementation of ABA strategies
Lead caregiver training programs for families from diverse backgrounds
Create and complete progress reports as required
Conduct various behavioral and skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, ABLLS, PEAK)
Collaborate with other professionals (e.g., Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and School Teachers)
Utilize Central Reach software for data collection and analysis
Requirements

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Must reside in Indiana
Must be comfortable with telehealth services
Experience with Central Reach software is preferred
A passion for working with children, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Newly certified BCBAs are welcome to apply
