What You'll Do:
Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and offer personalized loan solutions.
Provide exceptional service with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Manage the full loan lifecycle, from application to closing, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication via phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
Clearly explain loan options, terms, and optional insurance products, ensuring customers feel confident in their financial decisions.
Demonstrate a strong drive for success, working towards individual and team goals in a competitive and rewarding environment.
Adapt to a fast-paced setting, effectively multitasking to meet customer and business needs.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sales, collections, or customer service
Bilingual - Spanish speakers encouraged to apply
Work Environment & Schedule:
This is an on-site position.
Standard schedule is Monday-Friday during business hours, with some extended hours as needed, which may include Saturdays.
