Job Description

The Beach Club & Event Center in Lincoln City, OR is looking for a bartender / server to join our strong team. We are located on 2020 Ne 22nd St., off Hwy 101. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Understand different types of alcohol, their pairings, and tastes to recommend drinks to customers.
• Interacting and welcoming customers.
• Plan and present bar menu
• Take orders from customers, whether at the bar or at tables, and may also take food orders.
• Be a team player, whether helping another Bartender / Server, or other staff including bussing tables that need it.
• As time permits, clean bar areas, restock, replenish, and ensure mixes are full.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

Qualifications

• Understanding of the hospitality industry.
• Understanding of using a POS system.
• OLCC Food Handler License & Alcohol Server Permit.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
