Automotive Sales Consultants Prior automotive sales experience is a plus but is not necessary. Great salespeople have come from different backgrounds: Restaurant industry, recent college graduates, retail sales, insurance sales, or rental car associates, to name a few. As an automotive Sales Consultant, your income potential is unlimited! We will compensate individuals for unpaid or lost manufacturer bonus earned but not paid due to leaving current employment.
