Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers to the dealership and assist.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Guide customers in selecting the perfect Audi for their needs.
  • Explain vehicle features, technology, and dealership benefits.
  • Conduct dealership tours for potential customers.
  • Highlight available upgrades, accessories, and options.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers.
  • Overcome objections, close deals, and follow the sales process.
  • Communicate daily with your sales manager about goals and progress.
  • Maintain customer data in our CRM system.
  • Uphold high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Prior automotive experience is preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Must pass a pre employment drug screen and background check.
