About the Role:

What You’ll Do:

• Connect with customers in a retail environment to understand their needs and recommend wireless products and services.
• Explain product features, promotions, and service plans clearly and engagingly.
• Assist with service activations, upgrades, and general customer inquiries.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals while providing a great customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

What We Offer:

• Hourly pay: $19–$23 per hour (based on experience).
• Commission and performance bonuses —earn more for your results.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $45,000–$75,000 per year, depending on performance.

• Must be 18+and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
