  • Communicate clearly with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth planning, bookings, and follow-ups.
  • Provide first-class customer service, handling inquiries, concerns, and special requests with ease and enthusiasm.
  • Keep details organized, bookings accurate, and deliverables on schedule—even when juggling multiple tasks.
  • Think on your feet to resolve challenges creatively, whether it’s last-minute itinerary changes or finding alternative accommodations.
  • Stay informed about travel regulations, visa requirements, and relevant policies, ensuring seamless journeys for your clients.

Who You Are:

  • A confident communicator, both written and spoken, with a passion for building rapport.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple client requests simultaneously.

  • Friendly, personable, and excited to help travelers create meaningful memories.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus), and at least 18 years old.
