Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Advertising Assistant to support our advertising team in the development, coordination, and execution of various advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with client expectations. Responsibilities
Assist with the planning and execution of advertising campaigns
Coordinate with internal teams to collect and organize campaign materials
Maintain project schedules and update status reports
Proofread and edit advertising content to ensure accuracy
Monitor campaign performance and prepare summary reports
Communicate with vendors and external partners as needed
Maintain organized records of advertising materials and campaign files
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous experience in an administrative or advertising support role is a plus
