Job Description
Beloform is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Advertising Assistant to support our advertising team in executing high-impact campaigns. This position involves administrative support, market research, and coordination with internal departments to ensure successful campaign delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and eager to grow within the advertising industry.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of advertising campaigns
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to meet deadlines
Conduct research to gather market and consumer data
Prepare reports and presentations based on campaign performance
Support team in preparing advertising materials and promotional content
Track budgets and maintain records of expenses
Assist in scheduling and attending team meetings, taking notes as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Prior experience in administrative or marketing support is a plus
